Successful Outcomes with Bazzi Immigration Law

The esteemed colleagues and clients of Bazzi Immigration Law have been kind enough to submit countless testimonials praising Bassem and his team’s effectiveness and expertise in assisting our client’s immigration legal needs. Here are just a few client’s stories.
In July, a client was arrested after the police mistook the handgun she was possessing for another type of legal weapon. The minor charge for possession was ultimately legal, but because of the error, they were able to proceed to have a misdemeanor charge for Resisting an Officer dropped to a mere ticket. Further, the case was eventually sensitive enough to have the remaining charge dismissed by the City Attorney’s office. The law firm has obtained a record expungement and the arrest and misdemeanor conviction were eventually wiped off of the client’s record.
In April, a client who had been previously denied asylum status in the U.S. reached out to our offices for legal representation when he sought to adjust his status and obtain a green card . Because of our firm’s previous history of successful aiding many others like him, we were able to charge a flat fee instead of the usual payment structure, and with continued diligence, obtain his green card within 2 months of our initial conversation.
In June, BB was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Assault and Domestic Violence Simple Assault in Maine after a heated argument with his wife, a citizen of the United States. BB visited our offices seeking legal representation in an effort to avoid the possibility of deportation and/or criminal charges. Mr. Bazzi was able to review the case with an attorney specializing in Domestic Violence, and successfully drop both charges. This cleared BB’s criminal record and thus allowed him to pursue citizenship.
